Just received the book from Felix Jordan a Spanish lawyer has put together one of the best books from facts to court case ruling about communities and the horizontal property of law in Spain. It is a must read book for all presidents and community members. Complete with explanation of all sections of the law along with review of court rulings and much more. Felix is a well established solicitor in Murcia specializing in Commercial Law and private property issues.
There are two other books which are in Spanish; “Yo, mi comunidad y mis dudas” and “Diccionario de propiedad Horizontal”. I highly recommend both of them if you speak Spanish and you want to learn more about the subject of Communities of Owners (Comunidades Propietarios).
